Metroplex was the first to call us back, the first to come out to do the assessment and provided a competitive price quote on site. The other 2 companies took 3 days to call back and only one other company came out for an assessment. The quote took another 2 days to send over. Wow! I was truly blown away by the customer service I received from Wayne. My front landscaping lights are fairly old, and they were really dim. I thought I needed to replace them with something more modern. I called Wayne, and he quoted me a price that was really fair for a new set of seven lights out front. Wayne arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and evaluated my my current lighting configuration. He told me that the fixtures that were currently in my front yard were high quality and only needed upgraded LED bulbs. He replaced the bulbs with incredibly bright LED bulbs and rewired a fixture that was disconnected. Wayne only charged me $175 on a job that was originally going to cost me $800. It is very rare to find a person with so much integrity that he forgoes a higher paying job to tell me honestly that I did not need to spend that kind of money!! Turned on the lights tonight and they look great!! I trust Wayne, and I will hire him without question for any landscaping lighting needs I have in the future. Thanks!!

Wayne was wonderful! He showed up on time, took notes, and provided an estimate on the spot. We scheduled the work within the week. On installation day, Wayne showed up again with his "tree climber". I missed this gentleman's name, but watching him work was impressive. He was both an expert climber and a seasoned lighting installer as he and Wayne worked together like a machine. Each light was meticulously aimed at a spot determined by Wayne and all wiring was hidden away neat and tidy. I hung out and watched the process as I found it fascinating... enjoyed the conversation with Wayne and tree guy as they worked. They could not have been friendlier. At the end of the day, our previously dark backyard has been beautifully transformed. We now have a soft moonlight raining down from the big trees that makes the whole backyard useable well into the night. The accent lighting adds just the right touch of interest. It really is amazing and we should have done it years ago. We'll have Wayne out to do more trees soon!
